• All items are sold 'as is where is.' It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct any inspection and examination necessary to satisfy him/ her of all material facts before placing a bid.
• Payments:  Cash is welcome at pick up.  If your invoice is not paid after the first posted pick up day, we’ll process your payment using the credit card you have registered on MaximumBids.com
• 10% MaximumBids.com buyer's premium is always added to your invoice total before sales tax to establish your total invoice price.
• MaximumBids.com and or Dale Wilch Sales Co will collect and remit sales tax for the state unless we have your proof of exemption here on file prior to payment, regardless of the asset type or its intended use.  You can email your Sales Tax Exempt form to dale@dalewilch.com or mail to P.O. Box 12031, Kansas City, KS 66112.
• After the posted Pick Up date and time of your won lots, we will hold your items for 3 weeks and require a phone call (913) 219-3960) make an appointment to retrieve your purchases.  After that we assume you have abandoned your purchases and will dispose or list them again in an upcoming auction.
• Checking the box indicates I have reviewed, understand and agree to the terms and conditions for this auction as set forth in the auction details page.

This is an online only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs.

Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction.

Dale Wilch Sales Co DBA MaximumBids.com an online auction company is responsible for maintaining the MaximumBids.com website.  MaximumBids.com serves as the venue used by Dale Wilch and other independent auction companies (Affiliates) to present and manage their online auctions to bidders.

The following terms and conditions apply to all auctions posted on the MaximumBids.com website. These terms and conditions relate to general website policies and procedures.

In addition to the website terms, each individual active auction appearing on MaximumBids.com has auction specific terms. These specific auction terms appear under the tab “Terms” found at the bottom of every auction page.

By registering on MaximumBids.com you are verifying you are at least 18 years old and will comply with both the MaximumBids.com.com website terms and the individual affiliate’s auctions specific terms.

Dale Wilch Sales Co DBA MaximumBids.com provides the online website (venue) for affiliates to manage and list online sales via auction.  Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of MaximumBids.com.  MaximumBids.com has no additional knowledge or information about affiliates individual auctions and individual auction transactions other than what is available for all appearing on the website.
